Charity Williams-Brown Joins ZAPATA

ZAPATA welcomes the return of Charity Williams-Brown to the accounting department. She is an accounts payable specialist who previously worked part-time for the company and has now accepted a full-time position—we are delighted to have her back working with us.

Her responsibilities include accounts payable, reviewing and coding vendor invoices, purchase order agreements, verifying approvals and processing employee expense reports, maintaining the vendor database and W-9 forms, and client billings.

Mrs. Williams-Brown has 18 years of experience providing administrative and accounting services within the construction, architecture and engineering, general contracting, and home building industries. She is also trained and experienced in general ledger bookkeeping, wire transfer requests, generating weekly check runs, assisting with tax document preparation; and preparing/submitting financial reports.

In her spare time, Mrs. Williams-Brown enjoys traveling with her husband, training her new dog Brooklyn, reading, and shopping (she is a Glam Mom!).
