January 23, 2026ZAPATA is delighted to announce that Jen Futymoski has joined its accounting team.
As a senior accountant, Ms. Futymoski brings 17 years of accounting and auditing expertise to our A-E firm. Her responsibilities include establishing projects based on contract requirements, managing client billing, calculating indirect rates, and assisting with audit preparation.
Ms. Futymoski is very familiar with our industry—performing audits in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
Ms. Futymoski attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington and received a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is currently studying for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam.
