ZAPATA-AME JV Awarded A-E Design Services Contract at Robins Air Force Base

ZAPATA is pleased to announce the ZAPATA-AME Joint Venture (JV) was awarded an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide architecture and engineering (A-E) services to the 78th Air Base Wing at Robins Air Force Base (AFB) in Georgia. ZAPATA-AME JV has experience working at Robins AFB, in addition to other US Air Force Installations.

This A-E design services contract will involve new construction and restoration, renovation, sustainment, and/or modernization of existing facilities; and it will include A-E designs for a variety of industrial, manufacturing, and hangar facility projects.

ZAPATA-AME JV is a small business (SB) joint venture formed by ZAPATA and AME Consulting Engineers (AME). ZAPATA, a full-service SB A-E firm, and AME, a Federal HUBZone SB specializing in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications, have worked together on 230 projects since 2007. The ZAPATA-AME JV combines the strength and experience of two, North Carolina-based A-E firms—resulting in a highly qualified small business JV entity.
