October 20, 2018Atriax-ZAPATA JV Wins $50 Million IDIQ Federal A-E Services Contract
August 7, 2020The U.S. Army Engineering and Support, Huntsville Center (USAESCH) selected architecture-engineering firm, ZAPATA, via full and open competition, for the General A-E Services (GAES) Category 3 Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC).
Under this five-year contract, the ZAPATA-led team will provide architecture and engineering (A-E) services in support of USAESCH General Military Facilities Programs, including the following three functional areas: (1) Facility High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Studies/Effects Mitigation Design; (2) Facility Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), and TEMPEST Analyses; and (3) Explosives and Blast Engineering, including Development of Explosive Safety Plans, Explosives Effects/Mitigation, Protective Construction, and Explosives Safety Studies/Reports.
